Choice Community Supports currently offers two services: Agency with Choice (AWC) and Shared Living opportunities.

AWC is a person-centered program which allows participants to customize their own supports around individual personal development, activities of daily living, community engagement, life skills building and advocacy amongst other things.

Shared Living is an arrangement in which an individual shares a home with an experienced caregiver who provides needed supports. Choice works through a pliable and dynamic process with the individual, family and our referral source to match the individuals needs and interests to the potential caregiver.
